Sydney Miller and De’Vaughn Griffin were crowned Oil City High School Swing Out queen and king at the annual Swing Out held on Saturday in the high school auditorium. This year’s theme was “Journeys.” Miller is the daughter of Matt and Tessa Miller, and Griffin is the son of Tammy and Manny Cartnail and Sheree Bogier and Donnell Griffin.
