Man arrested for making threats in his neighborhood

A Seneca man is facing charges that include terroristic threats for causing a disturbance in his neighborhood Thursday morning and later threatening officers.

Franklin state police said in a criminal complaint they responded at about 7:15 a.m. Thursday to the area of South Main Street in Cranberry Township where Justin David Graham, 36, was banging on the doors of multiple residences and shouting.

When police found Graham walking around a residence in the 100 block of Shady Lane in Seneca, he stated “he owned all of Cranberry Township and that he inherited it 2,000 years ago,” the complaint said.

The complaint continued that Graham also claimed he was God and could do what he wanted, began walking away, and yelled at troopers and continued to walk away when they told him to stop.

When Graham was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, police found a vape pen in his hand, which Graham stated was a marijuana pen, the complaint said.

Graham refused to identify himself to troopers, and when he was placed in the patrol vehicle, he began threatening to kill all the troopers on the scene and their families, according to the complaint.

He continued making threats against the troopers and their families while on the way to the barracks, where he finally identified himself and said he lived at a residence on Shady Lane with his father, the complaint stated.

Graham is facing three misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, a misdemeanor count of possessing a small amount of marijuana for personal use, and a summary count of disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise.

He is being held in the Venango County jail with bail denied due to him being considered a threat to society.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled Wednesday in Central Court.
