A Franklin woman, Brianne Frazer, 30, is facing multiple charges after police say she abandoned her three-month-old child last September and later fled from authorities. According to complaints, Frazer told Children and Youth Services she wanted nothing to do with the child and left without providing food or diapers. She was taken into custody Monday on an active warrant after being spotted at Sheetz, and a search allegedly uncovered paraphernalia with methamphetamine residue. Frazer is charged with offenses including aggravated assault, child endangerment and drug paraphernalia possession, with preliminary hearings scheduled Wednesday in Central Court.
