Oil City police are looking for Zachary Luhellier, 27, of Oil City.
Luhellier is wanted on charges stemming from an incident in the city in February.
Police said that during the incident, a search warrant was served on a residence in Oil City where Luhellier had been staying. He was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Anyone with information about Luhellier’s whereabouts is asked to contact Oil City police at 678-3080.
