Clifford Street and a portion of Elm Street in Oil City will be closed to through traffic today due to utility work.
The closure is expected to be in place from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
Elm Street will be closed to traffic at the intersection with Center Street. Access to businesses and parking lots along the block will be maintained through a flagger.
The closure is necessary for utility work to be completed in conjunction with the construction of the multi-modal facility on Elm Street.
