Winston is a 2 and a half year old male, Border Collie surrendered to the rescue when owners had to move but could not take Winston with them. They report that Winston lived in a home with adults and children with no behavior issues. He is reportedly house broken, knows several commands and listens really well. Winston is new to the rescue so for more information please contact Tri-County Animal Rescue Center.
