Pipe Dreams will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday at Billy’s has Karma on Seneca St. in Oil City. The band is from the Mercer area and plays songs from the 1970s, 80s and 90s. There is a $5 cover that directly benefits the Lyric Theatre in Oil City. February sponsors are Lisa Siembida and the Oil City Eagles Club.
