Franklin state police say they are searching for 37-year-old Kathryn Sloan, an Oil City-area resident who has not been seen since late December.
Police said Sloan’s family came forward at about 6 p.m. Wednesday to report her as missing, telling police they hadn’t seen her since the Christmas season.
Police describe her as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall with green eyes. Her last known address was on Rockwood Avenue in Cornplanter Township.
