PennDOT coworkers have created a memorial around a maintenance truck at the District 1‑5 building in Franklin to honor Seth Thomas Baughman, 31, of Polk, and Robert “Rob” D. Greenlee, 58, of Franklin, who died on June 18 when their truck crashed on Route 965 in Mineral Township.
