Sean Reynolds, one-half of Tunes in a Bucket, will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the final Billy’s has Karma show of the season at Billy’s on Seneca Street in Oil City. There is a $5 cover that goes to the Lyric Theatre. Food and beverages will be available. Sponsors for the show are “Friends of Karma.”
