Venango County 911 logged numerous single- and two-vehicle incidents throughout the morning and afternoon, with responses from state police, multiple fire departments, and EMS crews. Clarion County also saw several weather-related crashes — including one requiring an extended emergency response — along with five additional non-reportable incidents, underscoring the widespread impact of icy conditions.
