Titusville Senior Center sets schedule

The Titusville Senior Center is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch is served at noon for a suggested donation of $2 for those age 60 years and older. Lunch reservations made at least one day in advance are recommended.

Monday, Sept. 11

Wear your Red, White & Blue today for Patriot Day.

Noon – Lunch: Meatball Sandwich with Seasoned Redskins

12:45 p.m. – Pinochle Party: Enjoy snacks & door prizes

Tuesday, Sept. 12

9 a.m. – Picnic at Two Mile Run County Park with Social Connection, Free

Noon – Lunch: Roasted Turkey and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy

1 p.m. – Yoga, Cost $2

Wednesday, Sept. 13

11 a.m. – Titusville Health & Rehabilitation will offer Free Blood Pressure Screenings and Health Tips

Noon – Lunch: BBQ Beef Ribette with Sweet Potato Bites

12:45 p.m. – Lollipop Bingo: Lollipops are a snack, cash prizes

Thursday, Sept. 14

9 a.m. – Coffee, Donuts & Conversation

10 a.m. – Healthy Steps in Motion exercise class, Free

Noon – Lunch: Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Thigh with Wild Rice

Friday, Sept. 15

10 a.m. – Free Blood Pressure Screening with Anderson Physical Therapy

11 a.m. – Free Blood Pressure Screening with Anne Logan

Noon – Birthday Luncheon: Chef Salad and Wedding Soup

12:45 p.m. – Bingo, sponsored by Asera Care

The Titusville Senior Center Charity Auction will be held Friday, Oct. 20. If you are interested in donating an item to be auctioned off, or placing an ad in our auction booklet, call the Titusville Senior Center at (814) 827-9134.

A bus trip to Wheeling, WV is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 29. Spend the day at the Wheeling Casino, then take a drive through to the Festival of Lights. More information is coming soon.
