VEX Robotics showcases inventiveness, resourcefulness

Twenty-one teams of student engineers tested their robots and problem-solving skills during last week’s VEX Robotics competition at Cranberry Area High School, where teams competed in the “Mix & Match” challenge by stacking plastic pins for points. After skills and qualification rounds, top teams advanced to finals and earned awards across performance and judged categories. Seventeen teams will now move on to regional competitions with hopes of advancing to the state level.
