2 Titusville men facing rape, other charges

Two Titusville men are being held on rape, sexual assault and other charges.

Titusville police said that after an investigation, they determined Jason Bolte, 22, and Jackson Paden, 20, forcefully engaged in sexual relations with a person younger than 16.

Police said the pair also physically assaulted two juveniles, holding them against their will for multiple hours and threatening them with a weapon.

Bolte has been charged with two counts of rape, three counts of sexual assault, two counts each of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault, and one count each of unlawful contact with a minor, indecent exposure, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, robbery, simple assault and furnishing alcohol to minors.

Bond for Bolte was set at $175,000.

Paden was charged with one count of rape, two counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and statutory sexual assault, and one count each of indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, robbery, terroristic threats, simple assault and furnishing alcohol to minors.

Bond for Paden was set at $100,000.
