Venango Area Community Gardens has 4-by-4-foot raised garden beds available for use by community groups, churches and other organizations. The beds are built by students at the Venango Technology Center and they are provided with soil. There is a $25 deposit for each raised bed, and this money is returned to the group after the growing season ends. A form is available on the gardening group’s Facebook page. The final date to request a raised bed in Friday, April 12. (Submitted photo)
