Four people — Scott Heckathorne, John A. Wilson II, Charles Swatek, and Benita Peters — have been charged in connection with a Rocky Grove apartment burglary in which a couch, cleaning supplies, and other items were stolen Monday. Police found signs of forced entry and later discovered the stolen property inside the suspects’ shared residence. All four face felony burglary and conspiracy charges, with additional theft-related misdemeanors filed against them. Swatek, Peters, and Heckathorne were jailed on $25,000 bail, though Heckathorne has since posted bond, while Wilson was released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Preliminary hearings are set for late September and early October.
