State Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that an inmate at SCI Forest has been charged after allegedly soliciting another inmate to arrange a home-invasion robbery at his mother’s home, a plot that was never carried out because the other inmate alerted authorities. Keegan Baker, 28, of Erie, faces multiple charges after investigators said he sought to steal $68,000 and ordered that his mother and stepfather be restrained and tased; officials said the plan was thwarted through a joint investigation by state police and the Attorney General’s Office.
