Bailey’s Jewelers to open after closure of 257 Buy Sell Trade

Bailey’s Jewelers, a new locally-owned jewelry store set to open around the end of May, has just installed a sign at its location that is under renovation along Route 257 in Seneca, in the suite next to Gary Jackson State Farm Insurance. Store owner Derek Bailey says the store will offer a “full line of jewelry”.

Derek Bailey, owner of 257 Buy Sell Trade in Seneca, is closing his 12-year-old shop to launch Bailey’s Jewelers at 3142 State Route 257, next to Gary Jackson State Farm. While 257 Buy Sell Trade specialized in a variety of goods, Bailey’s passion has always been jewelry, and he’s now fully transitioning to focus on it. Set to open in late May, Bailey’s Jewelers will offer a full range of jewelry, including engagement rings, men’s pieces, custom designs, repairs, and gold and silver buying. Bailey hopes the new store will fill the gap left by the recent closure of Feldman Jewelers and bring a personalized, community-focused shopping experience back to the area.
