Bridge Builders 50th Anniversary

Bridge Builders Community Foundations will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a Golden Gala on Sept. 27 at Cross Creek Resort, featuring former Steelers quarterback and philanthropist Charlie Batch as keynote speaker. The event will include dinner, cocktails, dancing, and a silent quilt auction, with tickets available through Wednesday. President Trenton Moulin highlighted BBCF’s work in scholarships, grants, and connecting donors with causes, noting its role as a neutral advocate for community needs. Since its founding in 1975, the foundation has expanded to three affiliates and continues to focus on trust, stability, and impact while adapting to address housing, food insecurity, and talent retention through initiatives like “reverse scholarships.”
