CASA holds fifth annual superhero race

Matthew Reagle, of Oil City, front, was the overall winner of the Superhero race with a time of 22:09.55. He is pictured here at the beginning of the race with some other participants in Saturday’s 5K race.

Despite a rainy start, CASA of Venango County’s fifth annual Superhero 5K brought together 75 participants and 20 kids for a fun and meaningful event on Oil City’s West End Trail. CASA currently has 16 volunteers serving 30 children and aims to recruit 15 more, with the next training session scheduled for June.
