Toni Gilhooley, immediate past president of the Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women, presented a new Charter to Jeannine Botta Guth, president of the Venango County Council of Republican Women, at the Venango County Republican Committee’s Spirit of Lincoln dinner on April 24. The council had been in existence for many years before becoming inactive for a period of time. In 2024, an application was made to the State Federation, with further approval by the National Federation of Republican Women to reactivate the Venango County Council. Pictured above, from left, are Gilhooley, Guth, Megan Weber, Becky Hedglin, Maureen James, Susan Wren and Janice Osten.
