Today’s Nifty at 90 spotlights Janet Cornell of Franklin as she celebrates her 90th birthday. Born in 1935, Janet built a life rooted in family, community and joyful hobbies — from cheering on the Steelers to golfing, crafting, gardening and exploring genealogy. She and her husband, Harry, married in 1956, raised two sons and will mark their 70th anniversary in 2026. Janet worked in local banking, at the courthouse and with the family business, and she treasured travels, time with her sisters and winters spent in Florida. She celebrates this milestone surrounded by loved ones.
