Northwest Commission opens Little Free Library

The Little Free Library project was the result of a lifelong passion of reading and sharing by Lisa Beach, loan closing coordinator at the Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning & Development Commission. A new Little Free Library at 395 Seneca St. in Oil City has joined the movement to share books, bring people together and create communities of readers.
