Rylan Reinsel tied for the silver medal in ball throw throwing on Monday as 82 children participated in the Oil Heritage Jr. Olympics on Monday evening at the Oil City High School Track. Gold, silver and bronze medals were given to boys and girls in each event at an awards ceremony that followed the event, and a picnic was served to all who attended.
