Meet Snek!
I was supposed to be a TNR (trap-neuter-release), but the property owner refused to allow me to return. I’ve been at PAWS for almost 3 years now. I was doing okay in the beginning, but the stress of the busy shelter is starting to get to me.
I’ve started over-grooming and pulling bits of my fur out so it looks like i have bald patches. The volunteers could give me pills to reduce my stress, but the act of giving me medication just stresses me out more.
I really just need a quiet home of my own. I’ve slowly come to enjoy head rubs and back scratches from the gentle volunteers, and I promise I will try my hardest to grow to love you. If I could be adopted and choose a friend to come with me, I would choose Hawthorne because she is my best friend.

All my friends and I have been spayed/neutered, Feline Leukemia and FIV tested , and received basic vaccinations, including a rabies vaccine, have been dewormed, and microchipped.
The Adoption fee is $50 for adults and $90 for kittens under 1 year old.
