Historic Pithole City will host its Cabin Fever Party from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, at Pithole City at 14118 Pithole Road.
The event, which will include a variety of family friendly activities, is free of charge and will be held snow or shine.
The site’s visitor center will be open during the event for attendees to view its exhibits and learn more about Pennsylvania’s legendary oil boomtown.
Volunteer guides will also be on hand to provide tours and answer questions.
Oil Region storyteller Gib Morgan will spin tales in the visitor center theater.
If there is snow, attendees are encouraged to bring sleds and ride down the slopes. A bonfire will also be available for warming up while outside.
