Stoneboro Fair hosts new attractions for 157th year

The Great Stoneboro Fair opens today for its 157th year, continuing its tradition since 1868 of running through Labor Day weekend. Other entertainment ranges from local bands to animal shows, bull riding, fireworks, and special activities for local second graders. With an expected crowd of up to 30,000 people, organizers say this year’s mix of new thrills and classic traditions makes the fair a true community staple.
