A Tionesta man was injured in a one-vehicle crash on Route 157 near Dutch Road Thursday evening in Pinegrove Township.
Franklin state police said Blake Masemer, 25, was traveling east in a 2004 Chevrolet Impala when, for unknown reasons, his vehicle went off the roadway and struck a tree near the westbound lane.
Masemer was flown by Stat MedEvac to UPMC Hamot in Erie.
Franklin state police was assisted by Pinegrove Township Volunteer Fire Department, Stat MedEvac and Minichs Towing & Recovery.
