Titusville woman pleads guilty to federal drug charge

From staff reports

A Titusville woman pleaded guilty in federal court to a charge of violating federal drug laws, United States Attorney Cindy K. Chung announced Thursday.

Kimberly Ann Gesin, 44, pleaded guilty to one count before U.S. District Judge Susan Paradise Baxter.

The court had been advised that from in and around June 2018 to on or about Feb. 28, 2020, Gesin conspired with her co-defendants to distribute methamphetamine as they participated in a network that trafficked meth from Akron, Ohio, and Erie into Crawford, Venango, and Warren counties.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 29.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Pennsylvania State Police, Troop E, Vice Unit, Titusville police, the Warren County Drug Task Force, and the Warren and Crawford County sheriff’s offices conducted the investigation that led to the prosecution of Gesin.
