The Venango County Association of Township Officials will hold its Spring Dinner on April 11 at the Oakland Township Volunteer Fire Hall, with registration at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m. The featured speaker will be PennDOT District 1 Executive Brian McNulty, who oversees highway and bridge operations across six counties, and county and state officials will also offer remarks. Reservations are due by March 30, and the cost is $10 per person.
