Veterans Club holds monthly activity program

Veterans Club of Oil City Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center will meet on monthly basis to talk with veterans, meet community members, paint wooden items for special events and enjoy refreshments.

Tony and Dorothy Davis provided the wooden items for veterans to paint and volunteer Sandy Flumer assists with the activity program. The wooden items will be on display during National Skilled Nursing Care week, May 13-19, at the facility.

A Memorial Day Program will be held May 25 beginning with coffee and doughnuts for veterans from 9:30-10:30 a.m. A Memorial Day Service will be held at 10:30 a.am. in the dining room of facility. Community members are welcome to attend. Names of veterans that have passed away at the facility will be announced.
