The Wreaths Across America Mobile Education Exhibit will visit Franklin on June 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Vintage Wings hangar at Venango Regional Airport. This free, mobile museum honors veterans through interactive exhibits, short films, and personal stories, and also serves as a “welcome home” station for Vietnam veterans. The event includes tours of the World War II-era C-53 aircraft “Beach City Baby,” a performance by the Franklin High School marching band, food vendors, and displays from local veteran and nonprofit organizations. Hosted by several community groups, the event highlights the Wreaths Across America mission to honor and remember veterans. Wreaths can be sponsored year-round for \$17 to be placed on veterans’ graves during National Wreaths Across America Day on Dec. 13.
