The Wyllis Street Band will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Billy’s has Karma on Seneca Street in Oil City. The popular local band is made up of Steve Woods, Andy Young, Marc Rickard and lead singer Courtney Crabtree. There is a $5 cover at the door that directly benefits the Lyric Theatre in Oil City. February sponsors are Lisa Siembida and the Oil City Eagles Club.
