East Forest School hosted a Maker Night on May 6 as part of the Remake Learning Days festival. Parents, grandparents, community members, teachers and students explored a variety of hands-on learning stations, organized by the Girl Scouts, Department of Health, WQED, Riverview IU6, Parent-Teacher Organization and Forest Area School District’s art, library and speech programs. Activities included card stamping, robot driving, storytelling, weaving, duck decorating, Lego and magnetic block building and a book fair.
