Local groups such as Oil City, Franklin, Titusville, Keystone, and Central Clarion will join others from around the region to showcase the results of their hard work and practice. The festival begins at 6 p.m., with gates opening at 5 p.m. Admission is $5, and attendees can also enjoy concessions, raffles, a bake sale, t-shirts, and candy grams. Proceeds benefit the Oiler Marching Band, and in case of bad weather, the event will move indoors to the high school gymnasium.
