The Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission announced Addison Siegel, a North Clarion High School graduate, is the winner of the $1,000 Bernie Smith Memorial Scholarship for 2025.
Siegel participated in North Clarion’s Youth Counsel as president, Student Council president in her junior and senior years, National honor Society vice president in her senior year, Junior Historians treasurer in her junior year and president senior year, class treasurer grades 7 through 12 and class vice president in her sophomore year.
Siegel also has started her own business, Forever in Bloom, that sells custom wooden flower arrangements.
