Primary Health Network facility to fill Emlenton’s void

Primary Health Network (PHN) will open a permanent health center in Emlenton on June 2, replacing its mobile unit with a renovated facility at 516 Main St., formerly Emlenton Area Family Practice. Named PHN Emlenton Health Center, it will offer comprehensive family medicine services, including primary care, minor sick visits, medication management, and telehealth. Led by nurse practitioner Stacy Zacherl, the center will expand its provider team and offer free transportation for patients. As Pennsylvania’s largest community health center, PHN serves over 75,000 patients and accepts various insurance plans and offers a sliding fee scale.
