Brady Cubitt, an 18-year-old from Rocky Grove, Pennsylvania, is facing multiple criminal charges across three separate cases. Most recently, he was charged with raping and providing alcohol to a juvenile girl in July while he was already out on bail from February charges of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at his residence. Additionally, while on bail for the first sexual assault case, Cubitt was involved in a June incident where he and an accomplice allegedly threatened two people at a residence using a BB gun. Cubitt is currently being held in Venango County jail on $25,000 bail for the most recent charges, with preliminary hearings scheduled for both the July rape case and the June threatening incident.
