Dane Wenner and Kayla Hanna have been named valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively, for the Cranberry Area High School Class of 2025. Wenner, a highly decorated scholar-athlete and leader, plans to study physics or electrical engineering at Penn State and join the Air Force through ROTC. He has excelled academically and athletically, participating in multiple clubs and sports, and earning numerous honors including National Merit recognition and regional wrestling championships. Hanna, planning to pursue an accelerated physician assistant program at Slippery Rock University, is also a standout student and athlete. She has held key leadership roles in school organizations, contributed to Cranberry’s state championship cross country team, and is active in community service. Both students have consistently maintained academic excellence and are deeply involved in their school and community. Cranberry’s graduation ceremony is set for June 3 and will be ticketed.
