An Oil City man is facing more than 300 charges, including 10 counts of rape, in one case, and several counts in another case related to repeated sexual assaults of underage girls.
And Patrick Retzer, 20, is already going through the court system in connection with an earlier case in which he was accused of raping a 12-year-old girl last September.
Franklin state police said in a criminal complaint filed Wednesday, that Retzer had sex with a 14-year-old girl at least 50 times since June 2020. He had sex with the girl at least 10 times as the 14-year-old was telling him to stop, police said.
Police said in a separate criminal complaint that was also filed Wednesday that Retzer had digitally penetrated and sexually assaulted another 14-year-old girl.
He has been charged in that case with a felony count of aggravated indecent assault – complainant less than 16, three felony counts each of unlawful contact with minor – obscene and other sexual materials and performances, and corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above, and three misdemeanor counts of indecent assault with person less than 16 years of age.
That case continues to move through the court system.
He was confined to the Venango County jail on Wednesday after having his bail denied due to the fact he was out of jail on bail in connection with the earlier case.
