A crew from the City of Franklin water network looks for the source of a water main break near the intersection of 12th and Liberty Streets on Friday morning. A part of one lane of Liberty Street, and 12th Street from Liberty to Buffalo, was closed during the work. Bill Masterson, of the water network, said that as of about noon, crews were still looking for the cause, but it was suspected that it was the age of the lines.
